You could try these things. All of them may take 6mo - 1yr for results.
1. Capsule of Vitamin E (rub on stretch mark area).
2. Cocoa butteron stretch mark area twice daily
3. Jojoba oil and/or Shea Butter twice daily on area.

Other than that, there is no miracle pill/cream for marks. Exfoliating will do nothing unless you have dry skin in that area. All it will do is rub your skin raw. Massaging is not going to increase blood flow to the area and minimize marks. You need something that is applied directly to the skin - like the above items.

It Doesn't hurt to try. I've never heard that. My sister has bad stretch marks and she uses the simplest thing.Cocoa Butter every day. She puts it on in the mornings and before she goes to bed. In one month they have gone down by a little over a half.

Try It!

that's good for your skin , yes. Use creams that have such things as cocoa butter, different oils and vitamin E. Or you can break a vitamin E capsul and apply after you've exfoliated. This should be done right after you've showered. Second .. don't exfoliate too much, that can make your skin sensitive. And if you're gonna tan, use a lot of sunscreen on the stretchmarks.
They are a pain, i know. Good luck!
